FLOATING shows its version in the bottom corner of its panel. If it is lower than the release above, there is a newer build to install.

The changelog lists what changed in every release, taken from the release notes themselves.

Installing an update

Install the new version the same way you installed the first one — it replaces the old build in place, and your saved sessions keep working. The macOS and Windows guides have the steps.

FLOATING does not check for updates on its own and never connects to anything by itself. The menu item opens this page in your browser; the comparison happens here, not in the plug-in.

Something look wrong?
